I just left the store in Sioux Falls. I have several complaints about this store: It is hotter in the store and it is outside, and it's 81 degrees out. There were three people working in the store - one girl unboxing things, one girl in the framing area who was on her phone until she disappeared and never came back to her area, and a girl working at the front of the store. No one greeted me, and when I asked for help, it was rudely given. I asked the girl at the front if they carry battery operated candles and she looked at me like I was speaking of foreign language. The other girl told me they were with the candles and pointed in a vague direction to the back of the store. I'm not familiar with this store so I looked all over the store to find a small section of candle products to get the tapers I was looking for. Most of the shelves were empty. For $53.09 I got two battery operated taper candles and one Sun candle holder... it's pretty amazing that the prices here are so outrageous. Halloween stuff is coming out and pillows started at $25. Halloween pictures are $36 to $49.99. Floral picks started at $5.99. This is nuts. A ghost town store with no merchandise on the shelve

I've been going to this Micheals for years. But lately, they're removing a lot of their craft items and replacing them with home goods/ decor. Very disappointing that they've gotten rid of so many craft items. It's supposed to be a craft store- not a Home Goods...

If I could give them zero i would absolutely rude and disrespectful will never return there. Tried starting crap with me over not having my order. Will have people go else where. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

I haven been in here a few times in search of craft items. They have a lot of options and areas for crafting needs. I know you can also score some good clearancr deals when you find them. It does seem compact inside to me. The store location is big, but I think they just have a lot of stuff in the store which isn't bad just seem compacted in.
